Nora'zam Bt Jaafar

Nora’zam holds a Bachelor in Electrical & Electronics from the University of Sunderland, UK and an MBA from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).

With more than 10 years of experience with TM in Sales and Marketing, she now leads the Enterprise Sales division that focuses on increasing TM One’s sales revenue and securing market share improvements in the enterprise segment. Nora’zam has demonstrated the ability to identify customer needs, deliver persuasive solutions-oriented sales presentation to senior level decision makers and closed sale with levels of support and service after-sales.

Mohamed Faisal Bin Naina Mohamed

Vice President | Government Sales

Faisal Naina, the Vice President of Government Sales in TM One overseeing the building of customer relationships for public sectors. With 27 years of experience in Telco and IT Business, he is also one of the Board of Directors of GITN Sdn Berhad (a TM Subsidiary) that delivers network infrastructure for government agencies.

Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Faisal is an enthusiast of growth and a self-motivated man always thriving for success.

Fatimah Mis

Vice President | Chief Financial Officer

Fatimah was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of TM One on 1 July 2021. She is also Director on the Board of VADS Berhad since 9 May 2019.  Fatimah Mis is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant Australia (FCPA Australia) and Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Accountancy from the University of Wollongong, Australia and a Masters of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

She has more than 20 years of experience in the finance functions in the telecommunications industry including billing, revenue operations, financial and management accounting, overseeing financial and management reporting, planning, budgeting and forecast for TM Group.

Prior to her current role, Fatimah was the Financial Controller for TM Group where she was responsible for the finance operations, planning and analysis and formulated strategy for finance capability building. Prior to this, she was the General Manager, Business Planning and Reporting, where she led and oversaw the business planning, performance management and management reporting of TM Group. She was also General Manager, Financial Control and Accounts in 2012 responsible for financial reporting and tax management of TM Group. She championed the implementation of the new Goods & Services Tax for TM Group of companies covering systems and business processes to ensure compliance to the GST Act 2014. She joined TM in 1996 under the Group Financial Controller Division involved in various capacities in billing, revenue operations, group accounting and reporting.

Noorhanida Binti Suib

Vice President | Products & Innovation

As of 1 October 2023, Hanida is leading Product & Innovation as the Vice President, overseeing the overall TM One’s product and solutions

She has over 21 years of professional experience with various background in business strategy, marketing, product management and development.
Prior to joining TM One, she held the position of General Manager Product Management & Development, TM Global.

Hanida holds a Bachelor of Engineering from UTM.

Mohd Zaidi Mohd Basir

Vice President | Business Technology

Mohd Zaidi holds a Master of Information Technology from the University of Technology MARA and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Hons) from the University of Malaya.

Mohd Zaidi brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the operation of Transmission networks, Data networks, IP networks as well as Network Operation centres domestic and global. He started his career in TM as Field Operations Engineer and later took several assignments in a key operation leadership role to support global, wholesale service and managed account services.

Prior to his current role, Mohd Zaidi was the Head of Network Region Sabah overseeing network development & network operation for the Sabah Region.

Zaleena Binti Abd Ghani

General Manager | Head of Business Counsel & Contract Management

Zaleena is the General Manager, Head of Business Counsel & Contract Management of TM One. Prior to her current post, she previously headed the Procurement and Logistic Management & Operations for webe, the mobile arm of TM, leading the sourcing ecosystem for the network, IT and commercial purchasing for webe. She has years of experience in Group Internal Audit, Enterprise Ethics and Integrity, Group Procurement & Legal.

She holds the Bachelor of Law LL.B from University Kebangsaan Malaysia with 25 years of experience in Intellectual Property, Integrity & Compliance with the certifications; Certified Patent Agent, Certified Integrity Officer – International (CeIO) and a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).

Ismail Bin Hassan

General Manager | Head of Partnership & Procurement

Ismail holds a Master of Science (MS) in Business Leadership from the Northumbria University, UK and a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford, UK.

With more than 20 years of experience, Ismail’s expertise spans in Procurement (specialised in Category Management and Strategic Sourcing) and Supply Chain Management (specialised in Material Management, Logistics & Warehousing). He now leads the partnership and procurement division at TM One.

Marina Noordin

General Manager | Head People Experience Division

With over 20 years of experience in HR, Marina has held several senior roles across various industries and companies and has been a big part in driving the people agenda, leading a dedicated HR Business Partner team and driving the people transformation.

Marina began her career in Western Digital and later joined Proton Holdings Berhad and Maxis Berhad, covering various HR roles.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM)
